At Durango Academy, we are dedicated to providing high-quality education and training tailored to each student's needs, preparing them for successful futures in both white-collar and blue-collar professions.
All across the United States, children struggle to attain a quality education. Ever since 2012, American literacy rates have remained stagnant. Much of this can be attributed to the lack of access to a decent education, which has been a problem since the creation of this nation. We at Durango Academy plan to change that. We offer free education and many programs for assistance in transport, supplies, disabilities, mental health, and finance. We also offer education in a trade to propel our students into a position where they can support them and their loved ones, fresh out of graduation. With our 22 trade programs, any student interested in going into a trade can find a program that will provide a solid base for them to stand on. Outside of the classrooms and workshops, our students also give back to the community through community service and open campus events that help connect us to the local community.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality education that we can to as many people as possible, in order to help our students be able to succeed after graduation.
With the most qualified instructors in the state, we are able to provide exceptional guidance and mentorship, fostering an engaging learning environment.
The opportunity for certification in 22 different trade programs is available for all students 15+, with after-school programs available for graduated adults.
We prioritize the physical and mental health of our students, providing exemplary medical access, therapy, and spiritual support for all students.
We cooperate with families of students and the local community to enrich the students and give back to the community.
We offer many free services, such as financial aid, school meals, school bus pick-ups, and handicap services.
We are always seeking the most ambitious and qualified educators to lead the next generation to a brighter future.

My Values
Durango Academy was the product of the value I hold for accessible, high-quality education with resources to help support each and every student in the entire academy.
When I was in my final years of high school, my drive to attain the highest quality of education that I possibly could had corroded my mental health, driving me into a dark place. With Durango Academy, I wish for none of our students to catch a glimpse of such a place.
I've also seen the effect of quality education throughout my what years I've lived, so I only allow the best teachers to lead the next generation into their futures, no matter what field it may be.
Finally, I believe that accessibility to education is a human right, so it is Durango Academy's core mission to provide this education to any student and family, no matter what obstacles may lie in the way.
