Strengthening Our Community
Durango Academy aims to include the parents and siblings of our students in their education in order to build a strong community inside and outside of the academy.
This starts with parent-teacher conferences every quarter, and numerous events and projects that involve family outside of Durango Academy, providing many opportunities for parents and siblings to get involved.
Student Volunteering
We promote and provide many engaging opportunities to give back to the community that we owe so much to through volunteer work, such as community gardens maintained by students, local environmental conservation, and community development.
